Pauline Bomball
Pauline Bomball is a full-time tenured Lecturer at the Australian National University Law School and a Fellow at the Labor and Worklife Program at Harvard Law School.  Her law review articles have examined how labor and employment law may be developed to respond to the challenges posed by changes in the nature of work relationships, including the problem of employee misclassification.  Pauline holds degrees in law and economics from the Australian National University.  She graduated first in her law class and was an editor of the Federal Law Review.  From January 2011–January 2012, Pauline served as a judicial law clerk to the Honourable Justice Virginia Bell AC of the High Court of Australia (the highest court in Australia).  She joined the faculty of the Australian National University Law School in February 2012.  Pauline has received several teaching awards, including the Australian National University Law School Award for Teaching Excellence.
