Buy-to-Pay (B2P): What's Changing Guide

Over the weekend there was a new release for B2P with some small changes. These include a full-width layout that adjusts to the width of your screen and a consistent toolbar across all documents. The only change to functionality is a new feature related to the change request process which allows you to create a change request for a PO even if there is an existing change request in draft or returned status.

Pippa Norris Receives APSA Lifetime Achievement Award

Faculty Associate Pippa Norris, Paul F. McGuire Lecturer in Comparative Politics at Harvard Kennedy School and Laureate Research Fellow and Professor of Government and International Relations at University of Sydney, has received the 2021 Murray Edelman Lifetime Distinguished Career Award from the Political Communication Research Section of the American Political Science Association/International Communication Association. The award, given every two years, is named after pioneering political scientist Murray Edelman, a longtime professor at the University of Wisconsin.

August Departures – Weixia, Liyuan, & Jing

You know what they say about Weitz lab members—they may leave, but they're never really gone! This August, we "lose" three long-standing members of the group who are moving on to the next steps in their careers: Weixia Zhang, Liyuan Zhang, and Jing Xia. Take a moment to reach out to extend well wishes and congratulations to these three... though don't be surprised if you happen to see them around campus or on a virtual group meeting before too long!
